What is on pizza 900 Catering Menu?

 

Pizza 900 has a menu of 40 different ingredients. We import our flour, tomato and salt from Italy and use the freshest ingredients from local sources. Your guests will enjoy ordering their own 10" to 12" individual wood fired pizza or eat buffet style from your menu selections. In addition to pizza, we offer appetizers such as garlic bread, goat cheese filled dates wrapped in bacon, 900's house salad with our house made White Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing,  caprese salad , caesar salad, antipasto salad and a larger variety of different appetizers.

 

Does Pizza 900 bring everything we need to serve and eat at my event?

 

Pizza 900 will serve your guest's pizzas on metal platters and our salads in bowls or white platter dish. We will make napkins and chile flakes/parmesan available for your guests. For our catering  package, a beautiful Tuscan Wood Bar serving arrangement will be setup for your event and Pizza 900 will bring disposable plates, napkins, forks, and anything else needed to eat our food at your event.

 

What are the space requirements we need to have to accommodate Pizza 900's setup?

 

Our entire setup, oven included, requires about 10' x 15'-20' of space. If your event is in an area that our trailer cannot access we can setup our kitchen in another on-site location.

 

My wedding is going to be an elegant event. How will pizza fit in?

 

Pizza 900's managing partners have over 15 years of experience in the party rentals and event design industries and have done over 40,000 events. Not only can we cook but we can also create your dream event. We will work with you to customize a menu and serving style fit for your wedding. From gourmet pizzas, salads and gorgeous appetizers , Pizza 900 will deliver with style!

 

I am having a formal dinner at my wedding, but I would like to offer wood fired pizza to my guests during my reception. Can Pizza 900 accommodate evening events?

 

Pizza 900 can setup a pizza station at your evening event. Our catering manager will work with you to plan the perfect time to feed your hungry guests. 

 

I live outside of Orange County,Will Pizza 900 travel to my event?

 

Pizza 900 will travel anywhere in Southern California , after all we are on wheels. 

 

What if it rains the day of my event?

 

We can serve pizza in light rain only. Pizza 900 will make every effort to make your party should it rain. In the case of extreme weather conditions, Pizza 900 will reschedule your event and apply your deposit in full for up to six months.

What Packages Does Pizza 900 offer ?

 

We have 2 types of catering options available:

 

Corporate Events: serves 30-50 person minimum. $30 per person after

2 Hour Service, 20 Ingredients, unlimited pizzas and caesar salad or house salad inclusive of 2 chefs and staff

packages start @ $2000 plus tax, additional service staff $325 per staff.  

 

3 Hour Service, over 30 ingredients, unlimited choices of pizzas and caesar or house salad inclusive of 3 Chefs and staff

packages start @ $2350 plus tax. additional service staff $325 per staff. $30 per person for each additional guest over 50.

 

Residential / Personal: serves 30-50 people. $30 per person after

 

2 Hour Service, 27 ingredients, unlimited pizzas and caesar salad or house salad inclusive of 2 chefs and staff

packages start @ $2100 plus tax, additional service staff $325 per staff. 

 

3 Hour Service, over 40 different topping choices of pizzas and caesar or house salad inclusive of 3 Chefs and staff

packages start @$2450.00, additional service staff $325 per staff.
